Medium size (4.5") petals of satin fabric, with 2 shades blue and white lace layers. This open style bloom that has rosettes in the center, white feathers, lace ruffles, strand pearls, and rolled rosettes. Pictured on a lace headband but can be on a hard band, nylon band, elastic band, or clip.
