Medium size (4.5") petals of red, white, and blue satin fabric. This semi-closed style bloom is layered with lace and adorned with white feathers, patriotic ribbons, tulle ruffles, white strand pearls, veil netting, pearls, and rolled rosettes. Centered on the ribbon bow is an enamel and rhinestone star. Pictured on a lace headband but can be on a hard band, nylon band, elastic band, or clip.
