Tiffany ‘24

Itty bitty (2.5” petals) bloom with rosebud center made of Tiffany blue satin fabric. Lots of black and white houndstooth ribbon and dressed with rhinestones and pears. This piece goes well with any fashion. Can be on a lace band, hard band, elastic band or alligator clips.
